You can perform a few searches, but shortly you will be asked for contact information:

Who we are:

We're much different than the "average bear"... If you want to sell your home, buy your first home, find your "dream home" or your retirement home, you need to contact Cathie.

If, you are currently "real estate challenged" or have "special needs" - you need to contact Paul. Understand, he's not cute, more like a big bear, more growl than bite. That said, if you're you're dealing a problem - divorce, probate, tax issues, an estate, job transfer, looking for investment properties or pending foreclosure... you just might want to contact Paul. He can usually get your "special situation" taken care of!

Both Cathie & Paul have the same philosophy. Most agents can be described as "tells and sells". Their clients will unanimously agree that Paul & Cathie fall into the "guide and decide" category.

If you are relocating to South Carolina, you're probably not familiar with our counties. The Upstate includes Greenville, Spartanburg, Laurens, Anderson, Pickens and Oconee. In the Midlands we know the following counties inside and out: Fairfield, Kershaw, Lexington, Orangeburg, Richland, and Saluda.
